I received advanced training in the use of hypnosis and earned certification as a “hypnosis consultant”. I use hypnosis both as a separate treatment approach and often incorporate it in my work with clinical and non-clinical clients.

I was trained by Dr. Francine Shapiro, the founder of EMDR and hold the Level 2 Certificate. EMDR is a specialized method, which can be very effective in the area of performance enhancement.
